My focus is to provide the conditions for you to feel safe, supported and understood in your counselling process. I use evidence-based practice for emotional healing, awareness, and empowerment.  

Stress and anxiety management, self-awareness, self-empowerment, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, adaptation to chronic illness, emotional management of chronic pain, or any other issue that is affecting your emotional experience.
