Great when travelling is difficult or when you feel safest in your own space. Online work has not received the same amount of research attention as in-person work has, but we can decide together whether online sessions can work for you. For couples and individuals.

Telephonic sessions are convenient and a good back-up if your regular session isn't possible. Although not the preferred method for counselling, we can get into your most important issues on-the-go. For individuals only.

 

Supervision for students and counsellors

I have gained experience supervising psychology students and counsellors through my role as Manager of Counselling and Support Services for NPO Headway Gauteng. I enjoy teaching and guiding students and can help you with that nagging worry that you don't know what you're doing.
